Rental Follow Up

Action: RFOLLOWUP ​ This form is used by a rental sales consultant to keep tabs on their open rental orders & customers. It can help to identify opportunities or problems. The user should enter a date range and rental SA, and the report will list every event where the event date falls in that range, and where the rental SA assigned to the event matches.
​ For each event, it will list all the members who either have a rental order for the event, or have been entered into the Register Members tab of the event, but do not yet have an order. ​ For each member, it will show either No order, or Order. If they have an order, but are missing their sizes, it will also say Missing sizes. ​ The rental consultants should run this regularly to identify events where the rental members need to be followed up with. Members with missing tickets need to be contacted to place their orders. Rentals with Missing Sizes need followup as well.

Criteria

Event date...Only show events where the event date falls in this range.

Rental SA... Only show events where the Rental SA matches this SA. This is optional. Limit to events with missing sizes or orders?...By default, it will only show events where at least one member is missing an order or size. If this is unchecked, it will show all events for the rental SA, regardless of orders or sizes..

Buttons

Show Rental...Displays the rental order for the selected member, if one is present.

Show Cust...Displays the customer form for the selected member. From the customer form calls, labels, letters and eMails may be done by clicking the print button. Tickets and rental orders are easily reviewed as well.

Show Event...Displays the event form for the selected event.

Show Ticket...Displays the ticket, if one exists, for the selected member.

Send SMS...Displays the SMS dialog to send an SMS message to the selected customer. Only available if the email service is enabled and the selected customer has a primary phone number and SMS carrier selected.

Create Todo...Creates a todo linked to the customer record for the selected member. This would be used to create a follow-up action for another SA, or a reminder to the Rental SA wne a To Do is created for themselves.
