Sales Associates (SA)

Sales Associates should be added to the system, assigning skills and optionally a schedule. The schedule is required only if the shop will book appointments by SAs.

When booking appointments by SA, the system will automatically assign the Sales Associate to the appointment.

When booking appointments by Resource or Time Slot, the SA should be assigned to an appointment at some point, up to the time the appointment is Started. Sales associate performance tracking, such as close ratios, is available when SAs are assigned to appointments.

The program will display a warning message when the user attempts to create an appointment with a Resource or Sales Associate that currently has an appointment with an over lapping time period. This is equivalent to overbooking appointments, which is allowed by the system. ​
