Bridesmaids Follow Up

Action: BMFOLLOW ​ This form is a tool that may be used by a bridesmaids sales consultant to keep informed on their assigned events to insure event orders are placed in time for the wedding. The user should enter a event date range and BM SA, and the report will list every event where the event date falls in that range, and where the BM SA assigned to the event matches.
​ For each event, it will list all the members in the Bridesmaid role. For each member, it will show Ticket or No Ticket if the member has any ticket, or no ticket. It will also show No Po or PO Issued if the member has no orders, or an existing PO. This shows the consultant who has been measured and paid their deposit (assuming the shop does not create the Ticket until they are measured) and who has been ordered or not (PO Issued) ​ If a ticket is HELD, a notation is displayed to that effect. Tickets can be HELD when the receipt is emailed to the customer using the Print button on the Ticket form. ​ The bridesmaids consultants should run this regularly to identify events where the bridesmaid needs to be followed up with. Members with missing tickets need to be contacted to place their orders. Events with No PO need to be ordered when the event date is approaching.

Criteria

Event date...Only show events where the event date falls in this range.

BM SA... Only show events where the BM SA matches this SA. This is optional.

Limit to events with missing tickets or unissued PO's?...By default, it will only show events where at least one member is missing a ticket or PO. If this is unchecked, it will show all events for the BM SA, regardless of tickets or PO's.

Buttons

Show Item...Displays the PO item for the selected member.

Show Cust...Displays the customer form for the selected member.

Show Event...Displays the event form for the selected event.

Show Ticket...Displays the ticket, if one exists, for the selected member.

Send SMS...Displays the SMS dialog to send an SMS message to the selected customer. Only available if the email service is enabled and the selected customer has a primary phone number and SMS carrier selected.

Create Todo...Creates a todo linked to the customer record for the selected member. This would be used to create a follow-up action for another SA, or a reminder to the BM SA.
