This report shows appointments and

For purchase & purchase percentage calculations the customer or prospect linked to the appointment does not have to have purchased on the same date as the appointment.

Hint Do not change an appointments status directly using the status drop down. Change an appointment's status by utilizing the status buttons found on the bottom of the form.

Criteria

Limit to sales associate...Only print appointments for the selected sales associate. This is the SA who is actually performing the appointment.

Appointments between...Only show appointments that occurred between the dates specified.

Appointment status...The report will be filtered to appointments of the selected status. If this is left blank, or All is selected, then this filter has no effect.

Department of SA: A department can be set on each Sales Associate, which means that the SA works in that department. Select a department to filter the report to appointments assigned to SA's with that department. This is different than the department for the appointment type.

Department of Appointment Type: A department can also be set on an Appointment Type. Selecting a department here will filter the report to appointments with an appointment type that has this department.

Resource: Filter the report to appointments that use the selected resource. This only applies if you use resources for appointments.

Limit to store(s): For multi-store installations, the report will filter to appointments for the selected store(s)

Show canceled? (checkbox)... By default canceled appointments are not included in the report. Enabled, this option will include those type of appointments.

Show rebooked? (checkbox)... By default rebooked appointments are not included in the report. Enabled, this option will include those type of appointments.

Include appointment script with each appointment...Appointment scripts are set up and linked to appointment types, and are meant to be read to the customer at appointment booking time. They can also be used to convey information to the sales associate regarding the appointment. Checking this option will print the script under each appointment. This can be useful if this report is used as a worksheet for the SA.

Sort by: The report can be sorted by SA, appointment date, or resource. Additionally, the report can keep all appointments for the SA/date/resourcee on one set of pages. This is useful when distributing the printed reports to SA as a worksheet.
