Return Cleaning Repair(RCR)
The Return Cleaning Repair (RCR) report is a tool to list Open and Closed RCR entries based on specif User entered criteria. It is a great way to see trends and stay on top of open RCRs. See the RCR topic for information on this module.
Enter the filter criteria and the matching results will display within a grid. Once the data is in the grid, clicking an grid column's antenna will allow for additional filtering of the data within that column. Once the data is filter as desired, it may be printed or exported to excel.
Filter
Select RMA/Cleaning/Repair Date Range... Options are - * All Dates: No date range is filtered. All dates qualify.

Due Date: Filter only on the Due Date. Any only those entries with a Due date within the date ranged entered will qualify.

Received Date: Filter only on the Received Date. Any only those entries with a Received date within the date ranged entered will qualify.
Vendor ... Filter on the Vendor. List only those RCR entries with of styles from the entered vendor(s).
Type dropdown ... Enter the desired RCR type from the dropdown options (Return, Repair, Cleaning, Other) to limit grid data to only that RCR type
Run Report button ... Displays the data matching the filter conditions entered
Export to Excel button ... Creates an XLS spreadsheet file with the data matching the filter conditions entered.
Print ... Prints the data within the grid which matches the entered filter conditions.
Columns
Most of the fields of the RCR from appears within the grid, on the printed report and in the XLS file. This provides the User with all the information needed to analyze. Further filtering may take place within the grid by clicking the antenna and entering desired Boolean expression and value.
