Inventory Maintenance Reset MTD YTD Totals

Action: MTDRESET

On the 1st of each month and the start of each new year ProfitSystem displays a question to the first user of day when opening the program. The question asks to Reset the MTD totals at the start of each month, and also Reset the YTD totals at the start of a new year.

The user may answer Yes or No. This option will force ProfitSystem to reset the totals when ran. This option may be preformed at any time.

Two historical reports are run automatically after the first of the year. The Inventory Listing report, and the Customers with Balances report are printed for the prior year and saved as PDF files.

The PDF files are saved in a Reports folder, located in Livedata folder.

The reports can be accessed by going to the Reports menu and selecting Historical Reports.
