Gift Card Editor

Located on the Main-> Housekeeping-> System Maintenance-> Gift Card (GCEDIT) ProfitSystem allows a user with appropriate security to edit gift card amounts. Typically this is not required but is offered in the odd case where some type of error has occurred. Locate the CARD by it's unique ID. Once located it's current balance, last transaction date/time and store that created the Gift Card is displayed and may be edited. Logging for an audit trail may be enabled. Go to the Actions/Transfer form, find GCEDIT, and check 'Log successes to access this'
