Shipping via ShipRush Web

Shipments created in the ProfitSystem can be shipped using ShipRush web. ShipRush integrates with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other shipping services. ShipRush Web can be used via the web browser making it easily accessible from any computer.

Getting Started

Create a ShipRush Web account by going to https://my.shiprush.com and using the Create Account option. Login to shiprush and enter your shipper info in the User Settings. click here for their help.

ShipRush Web is enabled with a paid support contract in the ProfitSystem.

To print shipping labels via a thermal printer, the Shiprush CloudPrint software must be installed. The instructions on how to install CloudPrint (specific Zebra Printers are supported and laser printers for label printing) appear on the Printer selection page in ShipRush Web. Toolkit Link If Cloud Print is not installed, the label may be printed to any laser or inkjet full page printer available.

Once your account is set, just remained logged into the account on the computer performing the shipping.

Using ShipRush Web

Shipping labels can be printed from the ProfitSystem from any of the following places:
* Ship and Ship Hold forms, for Rental orders. * PO/Ship menu->Quick Shipment. * Vendor Form * On the Ship Customer Items form. These are shipments created from the Ticket, you can select the shipments to ship and click the Ship button.

When a SHIP button is clicked in any of these places, a dialog box will ask what shipping tool to use.

The Shipping Dialog will include options for: * ShipRush Web * ShipRush - Paid local install version of ShipRush (obsolete) * Manual Entry. Use this if the ship label will be printed from another program and the tracking number will be entered manually.

Use ShipRush Web option when you have a Shiprush web account. When chosen the browse window will appear with the shipping information populated. Just enter weight and optionally insurance. Then when the label is printed the tracking number will be returned to ProfitSystem with shipment cost.
