Color Breakdown Report

Action: RP_COLRDETL

This report breaks sales down by color code or color family. For each style sold it shows the total QOH, the total sold at full retail, and the total sold at a discount. It also shows the % of the total QOH (Color QOH / Total Colors QOH 100) and % sold at retail for each size code (Color sold at Retail / Total of all colors sold at retail 100).

This report groups sales by color 1, or the color family if it is set on the inventory SCW of a style for each SCW entry. The color family is set on the SCW page for a style. Since vendor color codes vary widely, using the color family will give more useful results. By default the color families are: Black, Blues, Gold, Greens, Multi, Nudes, Orange/Coral, Pinks, Print, Purples, Reds, Silver, White, and Yellow. Additional color families may be added in Inventory Setup-> Attributes.

Criteria

Select transactions...Only sales that fall within the date range specified will print. You must enter a date range. The date range can mean one of two things, depending on your selection: * Sold between xxx and yyy: Print items that were sold between the dates specified, regardless of when (or if) the revenue has been realized. * Revenue realized between xxx and yyy: Only print items where the revenue has been realized within the date range specified. On the cash accounting method, these options are identical.

Limit to category...You can limit the report to a specific category, if you like. Leave blank for all categories.

Only show items where the revenue has been realized?(checkbox)...This will only show items where the revenue has been realized during the date range specified.

Limit to stores...This option is available with the optional multi-store module. It will limit sales to the entered stores. Multiple store IDs may be entered separated by a comma. Show items...You can choose what types of sales to include: * Sold from Stock: Stock sales only * Special Order: Special order sales only * Stock and Special Order: All sales
