Locate at Main->Housekeeping->Reports

The reports are broken down into multiple groups of related reports. For example sales reports are reports relating to sales and ran from the customer's tickets.

Reports may be printed to the screen, a printer, a text file, a Microsoft excel spreadsheet XLS file format for use in Excel. Reports may be printed to Adobe's PDF document format which is great for email and or coping to other computers.

When exporting to Excel, if the spreadsheet would have more than 65555 rows the file is exported as a comma delimited text file instead of Excel. The text file can be opened by Excel as well.

When printing to file formats, ProfitSystem will display a dialog box. Click the ... button to specify the output file name. ProfitSystem will auto add the proper extension automatically to the name entered, i.e. TXT, XLS or PDF. Printing long reports to PDF can take a few minutes.
