Return Summary Report

Action: RP_RETN

The Return Summary report is a useful tool for management to see exactly what has been returned in which batch.

Criteria

Laundry bag/batch...The laundry bag/batch number is set during the Return by Serial. The lookup button will display all the laundry bag/batch numbers ever used.

The report shows one line per rental order. The return date versus the actual return date is shown, along with the order status. The order status is current, not the status at return time.
