Locate by Size Category

Action: CHECKSIZE

This screen display will allow the operator to enter a size or size & category. ProfitSystem(c) will locate and display a grid of on hand (quantity greater than zero) inventory styles that match the entered criteria. If the style is sold via e-commerce, then the URL to the product page in the web store is included in the grid. It can be clicked to open the product page.

The user may enter a Size Code or leave the field blank, enter a Category or leave the field blank. When a category is entered the user may optionally enter a sub category or leave it blank. Leaving a field blank will select ALL records.

In addition, the user may get a quantity on hand by store location when the optional multi-store module is installed.

Criteria

Size Code...Enter the size to limit the lookup to. Leave the field blank for all sizes.

Limit to Category...Enter a category. Leave the field blank for all categories.

Sub-Category...The user may enter a sub-category when the for the category entered (if any exists). Leave the field blank for all.

Buttons

Check Availability...This button will execute the search based on the entered criteria.

Show Stores QOH...With Multi-Store activated this function will show the quantities on hand for each store.

Done...Close the form and returns the user to the previous form.
