Rental Inventory Physical Exceptions Report

Action: RP_RPHYSEX

This report lists all the serial/control numbers in inventory that were NOT counted in the physical count file. The user must first choose the physical to report on. This report is useful as a worksheet to insure that portions of the inventory were not missed during the physical count process. An rental physical work file may be modified when the Exception report identifies any errors to the user. This report should always be checked prior to permanently updating the rental inventory with the count.

Any inventory checked as 'Service/not inventoried?' will not be included on physical exception reports.
