Rental Price Programs

Rental Price programs allow the shop to create different sets of prices that apply to groups of styles. When a rental order is created, a price program can be selected on the Details tab. The prices used for each style will come from the price program column on the Price Programs grid. If the price is set to zero, then the regular rental price is used instead.

To set up Price Programs * Click Price Programs on the Rental Price form and create up to 20 price programs, such as Silver, Gold, Platinum. Click Save. * The Price Programs form lists all the rental inventory down the left side of the grid. The Price Programs are shown across the top row. * For each style shown, you can enter a price under a Price Program column. * Leave the price zero if this style should use the regular rental price instead of the Program price.
