Appointment and overdue rental order reminders can be sent automatically via email or SMS. The Send Reminders form scans the appointments and rental orders and sends reminders based on the configuration in System Setup->Auto Email or in the Automation system.
Reminders can be configured via the Auto Email tab of the System Setup, or via the Automation system.
This form is automatically displayed once per day at program startup, and can also be triggered directly from the menu or switchboard. When this form is shown it displays a 10 second countdown and then begins sending reminders. It will display the last date and time when reminders were sent at the top of the form. This form will only send reminders if there is a current support contract, or the Marketing module is active.
