Surcharge Credit Cards

Gravity Payments can add a surcharge to each credit card charge to recoup the processing fees for the retailer.

The surcharge is charged automatically by Gravity and can't be configured for certain categories or departments. It is either on or off for a retailer.

Surcharging is only available with Gravity Payments using Emergepay. Surcharging requires ProfitSystem 14.56 or later.

The credit card companies have detailed requirements for the retailer to follow regarding signage and disclosures. Your Gravity Account representative can provide all the details.
