Bulk Ub subscribe

Action: BULKUNSUB

Allows multiple eMail addresses to be entered. Entered address will be removed from all data tables of ProfitSystem when the Un-Subscribed button is clicked. This is a very fast method to manually remove / un-subscribe email addresses.

The data tables update are customer, prospect (bride and groom), mailing list and appointment (bride and groom)

The Bulk Marketing function can automatically process un-subscribe request from bulk eMails sent.

Also The Mailing List and Customer emails sent individually or by Automation, both can incorporate an Un-subscribe link. This link is a Merge code that is inserted on to the email template being to sent to the Customer or List.

• MailUnsubURL = Used for Mailing List email templates
• CustUnsubURL = Used for individual Customer email templates from Customer form.
• BrideUnsubURL = Used for individual Prospect or Event form email templates set to Wedding or School or Social to unsubscribe the Bride's email or Customer email.
• GroomUnsubURL = Used for individual Prospect or Event form email templates to unsubscribe the Groms's email.
