Linked Rental Styles

Overview

The linked rental inventory button is only present in WinTPS and WinTPOS software rental modules. It is only used for styles that are sub-rented via SmartLink. ​ A ProfitSystem rental style can be sub-rented from a vendor. With SmartLink, these styles can be sub-rented automatically via the internet. The Linked Rental Inventory form specifies what vendor style should be used when sub-renting a specific store style from a vendor.

Fields

Vendor style...The style code used by the vendor. This is the actual style code transmitted to the vendor when the order is sent.

Vendor...The SmartLink vendor..

Vendor item type...The vendors code for the item type.

Size chart...The size chart is only used to validate sizes at order entry if the vendor on the style matches the vendor here. Otherwise the sizes are validated when the order is sent to the vendor.

Item type...The ProfitSystem item type.

Style code...The ProfitSystem style code.

Item line...The vendors line number for the item. This only applies to Jims..

Save...Save edits.

Cancel... Cancels / Discards edits.

Delete...Deletes the selected style and ALL associated information. CAUTION: Data is deleted and cannot be recalled.

Add... Add a new style.

Done...Exits this form and displays previous form.
