Prospect Import

Action: MASSPIMPORT

This form is used to import prospects into the ProfitSystem from a comma delimited text file.

• Select the comma delimited text file to import and click Next.
• The contents of the text file will be shown in a grid.
• The heading for each column in the grid can be used to select what data appears in that column. If the column should not be imported, select Ignore for the column. Headings that begin with Br are Bride data, and headings that begin with Gr are Grooms data. You select a column for Event date, and either Gr Last, or Br Last. Choose the correct heading for each data column in the grid and click Next.
• Select the Prospect source and SA that will be assigned to all the imported prospects. Click Finish.
• A prospect will be created for each row in the grid.
