How do I enter prospects into the system, Why

Go to Main->Prospects and click on Add. Enter in all of the information you have. Include an event date, even if you do not have an actual date. When complete, save your work.

Prospects are tracked by ProfitSystem so the shop can provide a higher level of customer service, perform marketing activities and analysis.
