What is Size Matrix and how do I use it
A size or color or width matrix is a grid that is created containing the variants available for each style. A cross the top of the grid will be the color names and along the left side will be the sizes and widths that are available.
For example, the store stocks a shoe that comes in sizes 5-7 narrow white. The color column is where we will be entering our quantity on hand for each size and width. To begin, on the left side of the grid locate narrow (or A for narrow) in the width column and locate numbers 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, and 7 in the sizes column. Then, from left to right, locate the color white. Beginning with the lowest size, 5 narrow, follow this row to the column titled white, click in this corresponding grid field and enter the quantity on hand. Continue thru all the sizes in stock.
