Processing customer emails is easily done using the Engage form.

Engage will show all the emails in your email Inbox. If the email came from an existing customer or prospect, the Engage form will show a link in the lower right corner like 'Go to customer' or 'Go to prospect'. If the link does not appear, then the email does not appear in the customer or prospects.

Start using Engage

You will need the IMAP credentials for your email account. Enter them on the Stores form, Email/SMS tab.

The List tab shows all the emails in your Inbox. Double-click on an email or click the Details tab to read the email.

Buttons

To-Do: Create a to-do for an SA. The contents of the email are not copied into the To-Do.

Appointment: Goes to the appointment form to look up or create an appointment.

Reply: Brings up the email compose form to create a reply to the email. Assign to SA: Select an SA for this email. The email remains in the list, but it will show up when you use the Filter to SA on the list tab.

Prospect: Brings up the Prospect form to look up or create a prospect. Delete: Deletes the email from the Inbox on your email server.
