SETTING UP TEMPLATES

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Templates'
  • Click 'Email'
  • Click 'Create'
  • Name the Email
  • Select 'Type'
  • If it's a trigger, then select the 'Trigger Type'
  • Enter the content of the email (use merge fields as needed)
  • Click 'Save'
  • Repeat those steps to create automation for SMS (text)

SETTING UP AUTOMATION FLOW

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Automation'
  • Click 'Create'
  • Enter 'Rule Name' for yourself
  • Select what triggers the automation
  • Enter in any other specific automation relating to the trigger
  • Click 'Is Enable' to make the automation live
  • Click 'Save'
  • Under 'Action', click 'Create'
  • Fill in the 'Action Detail' pop up with the automation type
  • Check mark 'Is Enable' to activate automation
  • Click 'Save'
  • Repeat for each step in automation
