MANAGE USERS * Click 'Administration' * Click 'Users' * Click 'Manage Users' * Click 'Create' * Enter in all the information under 'New User' * Decide what 'Role' you want this employee to have (determines how much information the employee can access) * Enter the employees Gmail information if they would like their appointment calendar connected to their own personal Google calendar

CLOCK IN AUTHORIZATION * Click 'Administration' * Click 'Setup' * Click 'Clock in Authorization' * Click 'Authorize this site for clock in/out' to authorize any computer and place for clocking in and out TO-DOS * Click 'Administration' * Click 'Users' * Click 'To Dos' * Click the 'Add' button * Complete the task details * Click 'Save'
