SYSTEM SET-UP

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Setup'
  • Click 'System Setup'
  • Verify general information
  • Checkmark which payment types you accept
  • Write and enter a confirmation email that customers receive after booking their appointment
  • Checkmark which Alerts you would like to receive
  • Click 'Save'
  • Upload your logo into 'Company Logo'
  • Upload your label logo into 'Label Logo'

STORE SET-UP

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Setup'
  • Click 'Store Setup'
  • Enter your store information
  • Enter your tax rates
  • Enter 'Ship to' information
  • Enter 'Invoice to' information
  • Enter Email Credentials
  • Enter SMS settings
  • Checkmark if you accept digital signatures
  • Enter your Gmail credentials
  • Click 'Save'

CUSTOMER TYPES

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Setup'
  • Click 'Customer Types'
  • Click 'Add'
  • Enter 'Customer Type'
  • Repeat steps until all 'Customer Types' are entered

CUSTOMER SOURCES (REFERRAL SOURCES)

  • Click 'Administration'
  • Click 'Setup'
  • Click 'Customer Sources'
  • Click 'Add'
  • Enter 'Customer Source'
  • Repeat steps until all 'Customer Sources' are entered
