SYSTEM SET-UP

- Click 'Setup'
- Click 'System Setup'
- Verify general information
- Checkmark which payment types you accept
- Write and enter a confirmation email that customers receive after booking their appointment
- Checkmark which Alerts you would like to receive
- Click 'Save'
- Upload your logo into 'Company Logo'
- Upload your label logo into 'Label Logo'
STORE SET-UP
- Click 'Administration'
- Click 'Setup'
- Click 'Store Setup'
- Enter your store information
- Enter your tax rates
- Enter 'Ship to' information
- Enter 'Invoice to' information
- Enter Email Credentials
- Enter SMS settings
- Checkmark if you accept digital signatures
- Enter your Gmail credentials
- Click 'Save'
CUSTOMER TYPES
- Click 'Administration'
- Click 'Setup'
- Click 'Customer Types'
- Click 'Add'
- Enter 'Customer Type'
- Repeat steps until all 'Customer Types' are entered
CUSTOMER SOURCES (REFERRAL SOURCES)
- Click 'Administration'
- Click 'Setup'
- Click 'Customer Sources'
- Click 'Add'
- Enter 'Customer Source'
- Repeat steps until all 'Customer Sources' are entered
