The Shipping Request Report/Search grid is how Shipping Requests may located for review, editing and printing. It has filtering ability. In addition, data within any column may be also filtered by clicking the antenna and selecting the Boolean expression to create a column filter upon. (check out the Column Search FAQ for more information)

The grid will list the Ship Requests that match the entered filter conditions. Click the hyperlink Ship Number to see the all Shipping Request data, click the sales ticket number hyperlink for the sales ticket, click Customer name to visit the Customer profile, Click event name to visit the event that the Shipping Request was created from.

The report will total the shipping costs and declared value of the shipments within the grid. Nice for insurance reporting or shipping budget tracking.

The excel output contains the data required by such insurance carriers as UPS Capital.

Grid Filters and functions

Tracking Number ... Enter the whole number or partial. The system will attempt entered data to the tracking number.

Ship Start Date to Ship End date, date range ... Enter the date range that the shipment took place in. Only those entries with shipped date in the range will appear.

Run Report .... Executes the filter and displays the data within the grid.

Export to Excel ... Sends the data matching the filters to an excel file that will automatically be downloaded to the User system. Note: The format is compatible with UPS Capital Smart Upload (UPS Discount shipping insurance program). The current columns/data within the excel file are:

SHIP NUMBER = EB ship number ID, TRACKINGNUMBER, CUSTOMER NAME, EVENT DATE, EVENT NAME, STYLE, CUSTOMER RECEIVE BY, STATUS = system status, SHIPDATE, TICKET NUMBER = EB ticket number, items was sold on, DECLARED VALUE, SHIPPING COST, RETAIL PRICE, INSUREVALUE, TRANSPORTATIONCARRIER, CONSIGNEE, SHIPTOADDRESSLINE1, AHIPTOADDRESSLINE2, SHIPTOCITY, SHIPTOSTATE, SHIPTOZIP, SHIPFROMADDRESSLINE1, SHIPFROMADDRESSLINE2, SHIPFROMCITY, SHIPFROMSTATE, SHIPFROMZIP, SHIPTOCOUNTRY, SHIPFROMCOUNTRY, SERVICELEVEL = SMP, SERVCETYPE = HOW SHIPPED GROUND, AIR, ETC.

Print ... Prints the data within the grid to a PDF which then may be printed to any printer on the User's local system.
