Inventory not Sold

Reports -> Retail Inventory-> Inventory Not Sold

This report list the ACTIVE Styles of Inventory grouped & subtotaled by Vendor then category.

It is an interactive grid allowing for drill down to the style level showing QOH detail & Value. Clicking the Style hyperlink will display the Inventory Styles edit form for that style.

This report is utilized to identify slow selling styles. Armed with this information the shop owner can make merchandising decisions to motivate customers to purchase this merchandise - out of stock!

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Vendor ... Limit to inventory by all vendors or selected vendors.

Category ... Limit to inventory by all categories or selected categories.

Months not Sold ... A month is equivalent to 30 days. Enter a number indicating the number of months since a style last sold. A good rule of thumb is to review styles every month for slow movers. By entering a 2 will list styles where it has not sold any units within the last 60 days. For the style to qualify the style must have a Last Received date exceeding 60 days and no units sold within 60 days.

Has QOH ... Checked (enabled) only those Styles with a QOH greater that 0 will be listed that meet the other filter criteria entered.

Markdown Date ... Checked (enabled) only those Styles with any mark down on the QOH entry date will be listed that meet the other filter criteria entered. Inventory styles may have multiple QOH entries, but selected ones could have a markdown date. Only those will be included within the report when this option is checked.

Run Report button ... Display report.

Export to Excel button ... This is a specially designed export to Microsoft compatible Excel spreadsheet format that is easily manipulated for analysis that a shop may wish to perform.
