Inventory by Vendor

Reports-> Retail Inventory-> Inventory by Vendor

This report list the Styles Inventory items grouped & sub-totalled by Vendor then category.

It is an interactive grid allowing for drill down to the style level showing QOH detail & Value. Clicking the Style hyperlink will display the Inventory Styles edit form for that style.

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Vendor ... Limit to inventory by all vendors or selected vendors.

Category ... Limit to inventory by all categories or selected categories.

Received on or after (blank for all styles) ... Enter a Last Received date and only inventory received on or after the entered date will be included.

Discontinued ... Select All Items (includes styles discontinued & not), Discontinued or Not Discontinued to additionally filter the list.

Has QOH ... By default the report will list all styles no matter if a Quantity on Hand (QOH) entry exists or not. Checked this option will only show those styles with QOH entries

Hide Inactive ... By Default inactive styles will not be listed, based on the Deleted or Inactive status of style. This filter will hide all styles marked INACTIVE or marked DELETED.

Run Report button... Display report.

Export to Excel button... This is a specially designed export to Microsoft compatible Excel spreadsheet format that is easily manipulated for analysis that a shop may wish to perform.
