Inventory Reorder

This report is a tool to indicate what inventory needs to be replenished.

It will list all Style, Sizes Colors (SKU) for this store location where the current quantity on hand plus quantity on stock order falls below the SKU's QOH minimum on hand quantity amount.

These items should be re-ordered to increase the current quantity on hand to equal or exceed the minimum on hand quantity amount.

Style SKU's with a zero Minimum On-Hand Quantity will not be listed on this Reorder report.

Filters

By default the system automatically limits SKUs to the user's logged in store and where the current quantity on hand plus quantity on stock order falls below the SKU's QOH minimum on hand quantity amount

Vendor ... Limit the inventory to be ordered to only the vendor(s) entered.

Category ... Limit the inventory to be ordered to only the category(s) entered.

Run Report button ... Executes filter and displays matching inventory items.

Checkall button ... The rightmost column of display is a check box to select the inventory item (SKU) row. Chec all selects all items within the report display.

UnCheckall button ... This function unselects all items previously checked.

The cost to order column is the unit Reorder cost times the Minimum Ordered Quantity entered on the Style's SKU QOH form.

Items may be individually selected by clicking the selection checkbox of the row.

Order button ... Will automatically create pending stock orders for each of the selected (checked) SKUs within the display. The quantity ordered on the pending stock order will be the Reorder Quantity found on the Style's Quantity on Hand (QOH) form.

Once created the pending POs may be edited or released (printed) to the manufacturer via the Issue Stock PO function.
