This report list the Inventory Style grouped & subtotaled by Vendor then category then style.

It is an interactive grid allowing for drill down to the style level showing QOH, YTD, Lifetime sales & activity (activity is the number of times customers have added the styles to favorites / likes).

Under each style it will have a row that lists the last date received, reorder cost, retail 1, value, total QOH, YTD units, and other totals related to the style.

Underneath the style, it will list all the QOH records with the size, color, and QOH. The YTD units, and other totals listed for the style are not shown for each QOH.

By default the report is displayed in summary, providing vendor totals.

Great report to take to market. Prepares the buyer for speaking to reps/vendors.

The Excel export will include the store style and vendor style columns.

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Vendor ... Limit to inventory by all vendors or selected vendors.

Category ... Limit to inventory by all categories or selected categories.

Last Received ... Enter a Last Received date and only inventory received prior to the entered date will be included. If you need to see all inventory, including inventory that has no last received date, leave this blank.

Discontinued ... SelectAll Items (includes styles discontinued & not),Discontinued orNot Discontinued to additionally filter the list.

Has QOH ...If checked, only styles with some quantity on hand will be included. If unchecked, all styles in inventory will be included.

Run Report button ... Display report.

Export to Excel button ... This is a specially designed export to Microsoft compatible Excel spreadsheet format that is easily manipulated for analysis.
