Bulk Tag Printing

This report lists the Retail Inventory Style Quantity on Hand (QOH) items containing any Last Modification Date. The presence of a Last Modification date indicates that a price tag may need to be printed / produced for the SKU.

This is a great feature when adding Retail Inventory in bulk from Importing and/or changing prices of existing styles, as in the case of a price increase. In each case the item's Last Modification date is automatically filled in at the time of the addition or editing.

Inventory Items within the grid may be selected for the printing of Price Tags in bulk or for the clearing of the Last Modification date.

It is an interactive grid allowing for filtering to specific Store, Vendor or Category of merchandise within a specific 'Last Modification date' range.

This report is utilized to print Price Tags in bulk to save time and insure all tags are properly printed.

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Vendor ... Limit to inventory by all vendors or selected vendors.

Category ... Limit to inventory by all categories or selected categories.

Last Modification date Range - start to End ... Enter the date range to see only Styles QOH entries that fall within the range. Blank date ranges do not limit but shows all dates.

Run Report button ... Display data in grid based upon the filters entered.

Check All button ... Places a check next to each row within the grid.

Uncheck All button ... Removes all checks next to any row within the grid.

Check box to right of row ... Manually click the check box to select that row

Clear Modified button ... Be careful. This function CLEARS (removes) the Last Modified date on each CHECKED (selected) item row in the grid.

Print button ... Prompts for Price Tag to print, then prints the selected tag for each CHECKED item within the grid display.
