Purchase Orders

Reports -> Purchase Orders

This interactive report and is a fantastic aid for the management of Purchase Orders. The filter values will display those POs and items that match the entered criteria. The report is in PO number sort order.

Filters values entered can counter each other, so if the report does not list data that you expect please review the filter values entered and re-run report.

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Vendor ... Blank list all vendors, otherwise only items for the vendors entered will display.

Category ... Blank list all categories, otherwise only items for the categories entered will display.

Event start/end Date range ... Entering an event date will only list those items that are special ordered for customers whom are event members and the event date falls within the entered dates. A Blank event date range will include POs with or without associated event dates.

Confirm Date range ... Entering a Confirmed Shipping date will only list those items that are confirmed to ship within the entered date range. A blank confirmed date range will list all POs with ANY confirmed confirmed shipping date.

Received Date Range ... A blank Received Date range will list all PO with any received date. A receive date range entered will only list all items with any quantity received within the range. Enter a Received Date into the future to NOT include any previously received Purchase Orders

Include Not on event (checkbox) ... Checked, report will include all POs not part of an event regardless of event date range entered.

Include Not Confirmed (checkbox) ... Checked, report will include all POs that have not been confirmed regardless of confirmed date range entered.

Include Not Received (checkbox) ... Checked, report will include all POs with no Received date regardless of received date range entered.

Run Detail button ... Displays the report in a complete, detailed format

Run Summary button ... Displays the report in a shorter, summary-only format

Export to Excel ... Creates an Excel spreadsheet containing the results of the report including ship date, retail, and extended retail price.
