Getting Started with Reports

Most reports within the system are interactive. This is a powerful feature allowing the user to hyperlink to other parts of the system. In addition reports may be saved to multiple formats including an Excel compatible format that permits the report data to be imported into Excel for additional ad-hoc analysis.

The logged in user's Security Level determines which reports they may run and which options for the allowed reports they will see. Owners and Store Operations security levels can run all reports with all options.

Report Tool Overview

When a report is accessed to be ran, the side bar menu will shrink to allow more screen display space making the report easier to interact with. Click the link tool bar in top left corner to have the menu to reappear.
