The tips by Sales Associate report is an report to help the shop to know how much is due to an Sales Associate. (See Tips topic for more information on tipping) The report is ran for any period of time. It groups by each Sales Associate given tips in the period, listing the ticket number and tip amount. by tender type It also lists and totals the holdback amount for each tip. The ticket number is an hyper-link which allows the User to quickly bring up the Customer ticket to screen for investigation.

Filters

Store ID .... Option to limit the output to a specific store when multiple store locations exist for the store account.

Date Range Start - End ... The period date range to run the report for. All transaction in the date range will be listed.

Run Detail ... Executes the report for the entered filters.

Export to Excel .. Will output the filtered report information into an excel compatible spreadsheet file which allows for further manipulation by a User.
