Register Journal

Reports-> Financial -> Register Journal

The Register Journal is a list of all the transactions added to all customer sales receipt/ledgers for the entered date range.
This is a great report to see the transactions being created to catch mistakes, typos and suspicious activity.

Within the interactive report grid the ticket number is a hyperlink function and when clicked the receipt the transaction was created from is displayed for review.

The SALES transaction status will appear within a column for review, Pickup, Order, Lay-a-way

All user security levels can execute this report.

Filter Options

Store ... The default is All Stores. In multi-store situations the transaction may be limited to a specific store

Transaction Date range ... The date range the transactions were created on customer ticket/receipts.
