This interactive report and is a valuable aid for the management of the event member rental process of those who have been entered as Rental members.

Rental members are renting merchandise which require measurements for sizing (SIZED) so the shop may order/assemble the items in time for the event. Then the assembled order must be Picked up by the customer and Returned to the store by the customer.

In each step the shop may record the date of when each step was completed on each rental member's event form.

This Rental Members report offers three different reports:
1. A list of Rental Members based upon SIZED status within an event date range 2. Rentals to Order where the member has a empty/blank rental Ordered date within an event date range 3. Late Rentals where the member has an empty/blank rental returned date OR the returned date is 6 or more days past the event date of that member within the event date range.

User may see report data in three ways:

  1. Run Detailed Report button... Displays report with all details visible
  2. Run Summary Report button... Displays report with totals listing only rental members with details suppressed.
  3. Export to Excel ... exports selected report data with filters applied to an XLS file format

1. Rental Members

Grouped by Event so Rental members of the event are together

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

Event date range. .. Beginning and ending event date. Include only those events with event dates within the range

Size Status ... : Sizes filter drop down with options: SIZED, NOT SIZED, EITHER

  • NOT SIZED= List any event where any registered rental member is not SIZED, i.e No data exists in any measurement field or no date for ordered, and no actual pickup date and no returned date
  • SIZED = A member is sized if any data is found within any measurement field for the member or ordered date exists or confirmation number exists or actual pickup date exists or returned date exists for the member. In any of these data elements exists then SIZED is TRUE)
  • EITHER - all members are included in report, no size filter would be applied:

Report Columns & Lines

Event Group includes: Event Type, Event name (hyperlink to event), Event date, Bride full name, Groom full name

Members detail (one line per member)

  • Member full name
  • Member phone

  • SIZED checkbox (checked if sized)

2. Rentals to Order

The report also automatically filter to events to any rental member with missing confirmation number and missing ordered date

The report also automatically filters to events to any rental member with missing Date Returned date or Returned is 6 days after the event date.
