Event List

Reports -> Events-> Event List

The Event List report provides the ability to list events. This is a great tool to see future monies owed for upcoming event dates, i.e. a cash flow forecast. And also other event analysis such as seeing Wedding sales for last year and comparing to current year.

Filters

Event Date Range Start Date ... Enter the beginning event date. All event dates on this date and after will be considered.

Event Date End date ... Enter the beginning event date. All event dates on this date and before will be considered.

Event Type (drop-down) ... Select an event type to limit report to that specific event type.

With balance (checkbox) ... Enabled (Checked) will only list the events, matching the other criteria, that have a balance that does not equal zero.

Run Report button ... Executes the entered filter criteria and displays the events that qualify.

Export to Excel SS format button ... Click to export the displayed report details to a Excel spreadsheet format.
