Sales Realized Excel Export

Reports-> Customer -> Sales Realized

This excel compatible data export is designed to show sale transactions selectable by when they were first sold and or when the sale's revenue was booked.

Revenue Accounting note: A shop may choose revenue accounting in System Settings among three options. When the store chooses Ticket Paid or At Pickup Time, the date sold (booked) and Revenue realized date could be different. At Sale time selection, the sold date and revenue date would always be the same.

For each sale listed in export, it will show whether or not the revenue has been realized, and if the sale had been taken or not.

It creates an Excel spreadsheet listing every sale that occurred during the date range selected. Additionally, it will filter out sales that are realized outside the date ranges specified.

Filters

Select Store... Limit sales made at a specific store or select multiple stores.

Sale Created Start and End Date... Only sales that were created on or between the entered cut-off dates will be shown in the Excel spreadsheet.

Revenue Realized Start and End Date... If a date range is entered, only sales that were revenue realized on or between the entered cut-off dates will be shown in the Excel spreadsheet. If the revenue realized dates are left blank, then only sales that are not revenue realized will be exported.

Include Services ... This option will also include sold services within the export. Unchecked, services sold are NOT included.

Export to Excel button...T his is a specially designed export to Microsoft compatible Excel spreadsheet format that is easily manipulated for analysis.
