Customer Ticket
Reports -> Customer -> Customer Ticket
This report is designed to display a list of tickets with sales (sales tax charged is included within the report's ticket total sales number) and balance based upon the date filters entered. The ticket number is a hyperlink that will display the specific ticket when clicked.
This report will allow a user to see the balances (Account Receivables) up to a specified cut off date, i.e. last month.
This report also allows for a specific ticket to be located.
Filters
Start Date ... This is the ticket Created date. Tickets created on or after this date will be included in report.
End Date ... The transactions contained on a ticket cut off date. Any transactions, i.e. Payments, Sales, Adjustments that occurred after this date will not be included within the ticket sales & balance numbers allowing for the AR total up to a specified date.
Ticket Number ... Enter a ticket number to limit the report specifically to that ticket.
When attempting to locate a specific ticket number, remember to enter a early start date date and today's date as the end cutoff date so all tickets will be considered, i.e. Start: 01/01/1901 End: 12/31/2999
Run report button ... Click to create report based upon entered filter data.
Export to Excel ... Click to export the displayed report details to a Excel spreadsheet format. The Excel export actually has a few more fields than the printed report. It includes the net sale, taxes, and tips for each ticket.
