Time Sheets

Reports -> Associate / User -> Time Sheets

This report is utilized to reconcile user work hours that are accumulated via the clock in/out feature of ProfitSystem.

This report is grouped by store and user. It shows clock in/out times with totals.

How time rounding and totals are computed is chosen in System Settings within the Time Sheet section.

Filters

Store ... Limit to inventory located in all stores or selected stores.

User/Sales Associate ... Limit to a user/sales associate or selected (multiple) users/sales associates.

Time Entry start/end Date range ... The beginning to ending work time period. Report Totals and clock in entries are displayed for the date range entered.

Department ... Enter the department(s) to limit time entries to. Leave blanks for all.

Run Report button ... Display report.
