A tool to locate registered rental event members 1) who have rental orders missing sizes or 2) never have started the rental order process after they were added to an event as a rental member. This can be used as a worksheet to follow-up with the event leaders (such as bride or groom) or the customer directly to obtain the order information.

Report shows the event, event date, customer and role. Event or member orders may be visited by the report's hyperlinks.

Filter

Store ... The store location (in the situation of multiple stores) where the event was registered.

Event/Use date range... Enter the event date range and all events within the range will be shown.

Confirmation date range ... This is the date an rental event (an event with rental members registered) receives a minimum payment of 45 on any of the rental member's tickets. The date of the 45 payment becomes the event's confirmation date, i.e. date the event is considered a valid rental event.

Only events with the confirmed date within the range entered will be displayed. Leave blank for all dates and events not confirmed (blank confirmation date).

Run Report ... executes filter and display report details

Export to Excel ... exports the report to an excel sheet for customer analysis

Print ... Prints the display data
