Report of Exchange Orders

Reports -> Rental -> Exchange Orders

Performing exchange orders can be costly and used value manpower. This Exchange Order report is an analysis tool to help determine the extent of exchange orders being created, specific styles that may be casing the majority of exchange orders and for what reasons.

The report will list exchange order details such as styles and sizes and ratios of exchange orders to orders. It is sorted on event date and event name.

Filter

Store ... The store location (in the situation of multiple stores) where the event was registered.

Use date range... Enter the use date range and all events within the range will be evaluated.

Rental style ... Limit the output to where a specific style was exchanged

Exchange Reason ... Choose a exchange reason from the dropdown list to limit report output to. Only exchange orders for the selected reason will be included.

Run Report ... executes filter and display report details

Export to Excel ... exports the report to an excel sheet for customer analysis
