SnapPay
BBL SnapPay utilizes EmergePay from Gravity Payments to allow customers to make payments on their own, without visiting your store or calling in on the phone.
SnapPay provides additional payment acceptance functionality to a Store of:
- Allows for Customers to enter a Card Number when booking an appointment from a website.
- eMail payment requests directly to customers for them to make payments at their convenience.
- Ability for Customers to enter a payment in their MyInfo web portal
- When Tip acceptance is enable for the Store Account Snappay will prompt the Customer to add an optional tip amount to the payment.
To take advantage of BBL SnapPay:
- Have ChargeitPro (CIP) as the Merchant Services provider for the shop.
- Gravity Payments should insure EmergePay service is activated and to obtain the necessary OID, HMAC, and Auth Code credentials which are placed in the Payment Processor section of Store setup.
- Have SnapPay/Online Payment eMail template set in the email template form
That is it. Now BBL SnapPay is activated and ready for use by the store's Users & Customers.
TIP: A Mail Templates type of ONLINE PAYMENT is utilized when sending a SnapPay payment request from the Receipt/Ticket Payment transaction form to a Customer. The template may modified for theme and content by the shop. Only one template email is used.
