Payment Processing

EverywhereBridal/Prom/Retail supports credit card processing through third party gateway services. These gateway services are optional and require monthly subscriptions unless provided by your credit card merchant services broker.

• When a gateway service is not used, a store operator would run the charge through an existing credit card standalone terminal and once the card is approved, the amount and approval code are automatically entered into EverywhereBridal/Prom/Retail via a Payment transaction found on a customer ticket.
• When a gateway service is used, a charge/payment approval occurs in approximately 2 seconds. The transaction detail is automatically saved in the system
• With Gravity Payment Terminals the shop may accept manual entry, credit card swipes, chip and signature, debit cards and NFC (ApplePay and Android Pay)

EverywhereBridal/Prom/Retail supports Gravity for Credit card integrated terminals.

Gateway is chosen in Store Settings . Myinfo and BBL SnapPay require EmergePay service activation from Gravity.
