Browser Print Margins

Reports and Ledger/Receipts are printing using the printing capabilities found within the browsers. Font sizes and printers used may dictate a browser's print margins must be adjusted to avoid the text to be cut off/truncated. Also the information that automatically prints within the header and footer may be controlled, such as date, URL and page numbers.

This topic covers Chrome & Firefox. Each has different steps to adjust margins and the information that prints automatically in the header and footer of the printouts.

Chrome

Click the menu icon and following the steps shown within the image.

FireFox

Click the menu icon in top right hand corner of screen to access the full menu of options including the print settings.

Choose the header and footer content that is desired to automatically print on the report by clicking on the down arrow and choosing the information..
