eStyle Integration

everywhereBridal is integrated to eStyle Central's data warehouse of style information and imaging.

eStyle offers several service options. Their full service offering includes them building out your online eCommerce store and then automatically populating it with the the style/inventory information of the vendor's/designer's carried.

The integration will allow the all online eCommerce inventory/image data be imported from the eStyle site. This data import includes styles, pricing, images and color charts.

The integration will also automatically update eStyle's eCommerce site with the available QOH in ProfitSystem as styles are sold. As new styles are added to the eStyle eCommerce site, they will automatically be added to ProfitSystem.

Getting Started

Log into eStyleCental with your provided Username and Password, and go to the General Settings tab and scroll down to BBL Integration.

Create your own BBL/eSC API Password from a combination of upper and lower case letters plus at least one number. Make a note of your password and the displayed BBL/eSC API Username. FYI: Some eStyle accounts do not have access to the General Setting/BBL-POS integration. For those type of accounts the Username and password provided but eStyle will be used for the integration.

Log into everywheerBridal and go to Home -> Administration -> Setup -> Store Setup. Enter your BBL/eSC API username and password into the fields are at the bottom of that screen in the 'eStyle' section.

This completes the integration configuration.

Setting up Inventory

If a vendor style in everywhereBridal appears on your eStyle web site AND the style in ProfitSystem uses an eStyle Vendor, then everywhereBridal will update the quantity on your eStyle web site automatically. So, if a style in everywhereBridal has Mon Cheri-Joan Calabrese as it's vendor and that style is sold, everywhereBridal will try to update the QOH on the eStyle ecommerce site.

  1. Insure that all the styles in everywhereBridal that also appear on your eStyle web site use an eStyle vendor. eStyle vendors in everywhereBridal show as 'vendorname-brand.' So 'House of Wu-La Belle' or 'Mon Cheri-Joan Calabrese' are eStyle vendors. If one or more styles are using a vendor that is not an eStyle vendor, you can select the correct vendor on the Edit Style page. You can also use the Bulk Inventory Editing page to update the vendor for multiple styles easily.
  2. To test the inventory update, go to the Edit Style page for a style that appears on your eStyle web site, and that also has QOH with sizes and colors. Click the Update eSc link at the top of the page. It will display a message indicating if the update is successful.
  3. You can use the Picture Perfect Bulk Import to import styles as well. Just be sure to use the eStyle linked vendors that show as 'vendorname-brand.'

Note: Contact BBL when you do not see the eStyle Vendor name format within the shop's Vendor form. The eStyle vendor name format 'vendorname-brand'

The QOH is updated on the eStyle web site when a style is sold, when the QOH is manually updated on the Style page, or the QOH matrix is used to create QOH records, or when quantity is received via a Stock PO. All the sizes and colors for the given vendor style are zeroed, and then the sizes/colors for the QOH is sent to eStyle.

An eStyle inventory update can be requested by going to Inventory->Retail Inventory->eStyle Integration Actions. This will download any new styles from eStyle into everywhereBridal . Check the Start Inventory Import option and click Start.

An eStyle QOH update can be requested by going to Inventory->Retail Inventory->eStyle Integration Actions. This will update the QOH on the eStyle web site using the QOH in everywhereBridal . Check the Start QOH Sync option and click Start.
