The Style / SKU any customer wishes to purchase must appear within the inventory.
Inventory Retail Style / SKUs may be created for items that you normally do not carry in stock, meaning a quantity on hand does not have to exist before the store is able to sale it. These non-stocked items must be "Special Ordered" when sold to a customer.
Users with security privileges of Clerk cannot view the Retail Inventory Styles form where costs and other important details exist. Clerk level users can lookup styles, colors and pricing via the Inventory Lookup menu option.
