Transfer
This is the Transfer form and it appears on the Inventory's QOH form or from a Inventory Lookup form with the Transfer button clicked by a User.
Transfer is a mechanism to move inventory from one store to another. It is available only for accounts with more than one store.
Once a Transfer is created the inventory immediately is moved from the Source Store to the Destination store. This allows for a stock sale to be created immediately if the transfer is being created for a customer sale.
A step in the process is TO DOs are created for staff members in both the Source & Destination store. These act as a reminder in the source store to physically ship the style to the destination store. Also a reminder to the destination store that a transfer is inbound and should be received in a short time period.
Data Audit trail entries are also created to show the history of the inventory movement.
Once the transfer is completed the User may print a price tag or a transfer document to attach to the transfer merchandise.

Transfer Form fields
These are reference fields and are read only. They are for the User to know what Style (SKU) the transfer is being created for.
Store Style, Vendor, Vendor Style, Bar-code, Size, Color. Color 2, Color 3, Source Quantity, Source Store,
These are the fields where the User enters the specifics of the transfer.
Destination Quantity ... The quantity to send
Destination Store ... The store location to send the inventory
Source User ... The User at the Source store who should have the responsibility to ship the inventory
Destination User ... The User at the Destination store who should have the responsibility to receive the merchandise
Comments ... General notes / comments about the transfer. Could include the reason of the transfer and/or instructions to the destination store for the transferred inventory
