How to use ShipRush Web
Ship Rush Web creates shipments and prints ship labels directly from a web browser for UPS, FEDEX and USPS.
Getting Started
Create a ShipRush Web account by going to https://my.shiprush.com and using the Create Account option. Login to Shiprush and enter your shipper info in the User Settings. Click HERE for ShipRush Help.
To print shipping labels via a thermal printer, the Shiprush CloudPrint software must be installed. The instructions on how to install CloudPrint (specific Zebra Printers are supported and laser printers for label printing) appear on the Printer selection page in ShipRush Web settings.
Once your account is set, always log into the account on the terminal performing the shipping.
Using ShipRush Web
From the Ship module when a Ship request entry is selected and the SHIP function/menu is clicked, the system will open a browser window to my.shiprush.com. Remember, the terminal performing the shipment MUST be logged into the MyShiprush account. The Ship Request information will be automatically inserted. Depending on the printer setup , shipping labels may be printed onto laser/inkjet printers or ShipRush specified ZEBRA label printers (which ProfitSystem supports also for inventory price tags and customer merchandise tags (Pickup Tags).
