How to take a payment

Payments are taken from specific Customer tickets/Ledgers.

Go to the specific Customer's ticket where a payment needs to be accepted, then click the Payment function in the op Right corner of the screen. The payment module will appear, where the amount of payment and tender used to make payment may be chosen.

Customer Tickets may be accessed via many reports, the Customer profile form and the Event forms.

Credit/Debit cards may be utilized with credit card terminals where Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NFC enabled cards, and apps such as Apple Pay or Android pay may be used as well.
